| CD19（Cluster of Differentiation 19）是一種跨膜糖蛋白，屬于免疫球蛋白超家族成員， 主要表達于 B 淋巴細胞譜系細胞表面，包括前 B 細胞、成熟 B 細胞及大多數 B 細胞惡性腫 瘤細胞。其功能是作為 B 細胞受體（BCR）復合物的共受體，參與 B 細胞活化、增殖和分 化信號的傳導。CD19 作為 B 細胞惡性腫瘤的核心靶點(diǎn)，推動(dòng)了 CAR-T 等精準免疫治療的 發(fā)展，顯著(zhù)改善了患者預后。 | |
