| I. Background | |
| 間皮素（Mesothelin）又被稱(chēng)為 MSLN，它是由 MSLN 基因編碼的一種細胞表面糖蛋 白。MSLN 基因編碼一種前體蛋白，經(jīng)蛋白水解處理生成兩種蛋白產(chǎn)物，主要位于正常間 皮細胞表面，兩種蛋白產(chǎn)物為巨核細胞增強因子（megakaryocyte potentiating，MPF）和間 皮素（Mesothelin，MSLN）。間皮素（MSLN）可黏附于細胞膜上，主要表達于胸腹膜與 臟器的鏈接面上，黏附于間皮細胞表面，在其余正常組織重表達量低。MSLN 在許多實(shí)體 瘤中呈現高表達，最常見(jiàn)于間皮瘤、上皮性卵巢癌和胰腺癌，但也見(jiàn)于肺和子宮惡性腫瘤 以及膽管癌。間皮素在卵巢癌和間皮瘤中的表達最高，較高的表達與晚期腫瘤分期和較高 的轉移率相關(guān)。 | |
