cAMP 在 G 蛋白偶聯(lián)受體(GPCR)信號轉導中是一種關(guān)鍵的第二信使。當配體結合 到 GPCR,構象發(fā)生變化,激活受體接著(zhù)激活 G 蛋白,Gi 的激活導致腺苷酸環(huán)化酶調控 cAMP 的下調。CXCR2 CHO 藥靶模型很好的模擬了體內 CXCR2 的信號轉導過(guò)程,原理見(jiàn) 下圖所示。
